Sales Associates are responsible for delivering 5-star client service, achieving individual monthly sales goals, mastering and delivering the amazing stories behind brands and products we carry, while maintaining a welcoming client and team

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering 5-star client service, managing our client's jewelry and watch repairs from drop-off all the way through them picking up their piece, while maintaining a welcoming client and team atmosphere. You are responsible for properly estimating a repair, ordering necessary components, stocking all parts, and communicating with the client and jeweler so all repairs are handled perfectly each time.

  • Ensuring every single piece is repaired perfectly the first time through proper estimating and quality control

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of jewelry understanding or background
  • Knowing jewelry and watch terminology is preferred
  • Ability to learn new computer system, POS, and communication platforms
  • Able to work varying hours / days; including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Highly skilled in client communication via text, email, by phone, and in-person
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Sales Support is responsible for delivering 5-star client service, assisting sales associates in regular daily tasks, while maintaining a welcoming client and team atmosphere. You are responsible for answering the phone, serving drinks, keeping the store tidy, and ringing up sales and repairs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in retail and customer service

  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions are available. Pay is based on experience.
